I am the founder of Successor and a project and change manager who is inspired by courageous, even seemingly impossible challenges. My passion is to help organizations achieve their goals through action and bold innovation. I combine people-oriented and inspiring leadership with analytical thinking and an understanding of technology.
I founded Successor in 2015 because I wanted to help companies, especially with their most challenging (ERP) projects. However, a twist of fate took me first to become the CEO of a growing IT company and later to another management role. Successor was left waiting for its moment for no less than nine years.
In 2024, I decided to revive Successor. I had seen too many situations where companies only got nice words from consultants, not concrete results. I wanted to offer better and utilize over 20 years of experience in managing demanding ERP projects, change and growth.
Successor helps with EPR projects, growth company development, and change management – when talking alone is not enough to achieve goals.
